Our Service Model:
Step 1: Intake Consultation
Clients will recieve two forms prior to their first meeting. The first is a general form that gives us information on their goals. Secondly, the client will receive a lifestyle journal that they will fill out to give us an understanding of their day to day eating, sleeping, and exercise habits.Â
This meeting will serve as the foundation for the client's plan. A specialist will give them some suggestions and monitor their progress through the lifestyle journal.
Step 2: Weekly Check-Ins
Clients will receive weekly calls from a specialist at Athlete Blueprint to monitor the clients progress. The specialist will provide additional modifications to the clients plan as needed and address any concerns or issues the client has.
Pricing:
Prior to the clients' intake meeting we charge a $100 deposit. This goes covers the intake meeting in addition to the background work done by the specialist to analyze the data provided through the forms and the lifestyle journal so they can effectively develop a plan for the client.
After the Intake consultation, there is a $25 weekly maintenance fee covering the weekly check-in and the background work done by the specialist.
