Working With Us
Fighters working with Athlete Blueprint will follow a simple process through the following steps:
Step 1: Intake Consultation
Fighters schedule a meeting with an Athlete Blueprint specialist to develop a plan to manage their weight throughout their camp. They will fill out an intake form and food log for the specialist to review and provide suggestions
Step 2: Weekly Check-ins
Fighters will have phone calls with a specialist weekly to monitor progress, make adjustments to the plan, and communicate any concerns. Fighters also have daily check-in options for situations that require more detailed monitoring.
Step 3: Weight Cut Protocols
Specialists will send updates as the fighters approach fight week to guide them through the weight cut. Specialists are also available to physically conduct the water cut for the fighter prior to weigh ins.
Step 4: Post Weigh-in Rehydration
Athlete Blueprint works with fighters individually to create a rehydration plan. We provide drinks for the athletes that are customized based on their weight cuts using third party tested and anti-doping compliant ingredients that help the athlete recover from the weight cut and prepare the body to fight.
Intake Consultation: We require a $100 deposit upon scheduling the intake consultation. Upon receipt of the deposit, a specialist will send two forms: our fighter intake form, and a lifestyle journal. The deposit not only covers the intake meeting but the background work for the specialist to provide recommendations for the fighter to help work towards their goals.
Weekly Check-ins: The weekly check-ins require a $25 subscription style payment per week. This will cover the monitoring of the fighters' progress and background work for the specialist.
Daily Check ins: For fighters requiring more monitoring for their camp, we charge $125/week for daily check-ins
Weight Cut Protocols: Fighters working with us through their camp on a weekly basis will have free access to our weight cut protocols.
Post weigh-in rehydration: We charge $100 per fighter to create their personalized rehydration drinks
