Intake Consultation
Fighters schedule a meeting with an Athlete Blueprint specialist to develop a plan to manage their weight throughout their camp. They will fill out an intake form and food log for the specialist to review and provide suggestions.
Weekly Check-ins
Fighters will have phone calls with a specialist weekly to monitor progress, make adjustments to the plan, and communicate any concerns.
Weight Cut Protocols
Specialists will send updates as the fighters approach fight week to guide them through the weight cut.
Post Weigh-in Rehydration
Athlete Blueprint works with fighters individually to create a rehydration plan. We provide drinks for the athletes that are customized based on their weight cuts using third party tested and anti-doping compliant ingredients that help the athlete recover from the weight cut and prepare the body to fight.
Rehydration only:
Specialists will conduct meetings with each individual fighter three days before weigh ins (usually tuesday.) We will gather data in this meeting to create the rehydration drinks for the fighters. The specialists will typically arrive at weigh ins to deliver the drinks to each of the fighters fresh off the scale.
